Shaking Ladle
Mizushima produces a wide variety of medium and low carbon ferromanganese tailored to customer requirements by oxygen-blowing de-carbonization process of the shaking ladle, coupled with stable operations of the shaft-type smelting furnace. The world's leading oxygen-blowing technology enables Mizushima to produce ultra low-carbon ferromanganese, as well. High hit rate of target composition and manganese yield have been achieved with sub-lance system and computer-controlled fully automatic oxygen blowing operations.
